Privacy & data
Documents. Your CV, or a company's presentation document (PDF), is sent once to our generation engine to extract topics from it, then deleted. It is neither stored nor logged.
Data we keep. Your LinkedIn ID, your name, your email, your photo, your LinkedIn access (encrypted), and for each workspace (your profile or a company): the topics, the context you entered, post ideas, settings, members and the history of generated posts (text and image). For a company Page, the encrypted LinkedIn access of the admin who connected it.
Generation. Post content is generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) from the topics, context and ideas you entered. No CV data is sent again for later generations.
Publishing. Nothing is published without explicit consent. In approval mode, every post waits for your go-ahead. Scheduling can be paused or consent withdrawn at any time.
Retention. Previews that were never published are archived after 30 days (image deleted), skipped or failed posts are deleted after 90 days, invitations after 30 days. Published posts stay in your history until the workspace or the account is deleted.
Your rights. From the settings: “Export my data” (JSON) and “Delete my account”, which erases this data immediately. Removing a member from a company also removes the Page's LinkedIn access if they connected it. Posts already published stay on LinkedIn, where you can delete them.
